Janet Parachin is a certified Yoga therapist, Ayurveda Wellness Consultant and Reiki Master Teacher who has completed over 2000 hours of training in yoga anatomy, restorative and therapeutic yoga, Reiki and Ayurveda. She is the founder and Director of Yoga Spirit Academy yoga teacher training program in Tulsa, OK, USA since 2007.

She and her partner Victor Parachin founded Tulsa Yoga Meditation Center in 2010.

    No prior experience with either Yoga or Ayurveda is needed to join this course. The information presented here is accessible to everyone no matter their experience with these topics.
