Hello, companion on this Yoga journey. Please remember that Yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress reduction and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions.

You have heard it time and time again: Listen to your body, adjust the postures as needed and ask for support from a qualified teacher of Yoga. And as always, breathe!

We also ask you to respect the materials on this site, the teachers who created them, and the people who participate in trainings:

►Considerable time and effort went into the crafting of these lessons. A purchase is meant for one student only, so please do not share or download the materials unless they are specifically designated as “downloads.”

►When interacting with others in a classroom or in the community, please listen to others before responding and be respectful in all your interactions, befitting the role of a yogin or yogini.
