Janet Parachin is a certified Yoga therapist, Ayurveda Wellness Consultant and Reiki Master Teacher who has completed over 2000 hours of training in yoga anatomy, restorative and therapeutic yoga, Reiki and Ayurveda. She is the founder and Director of Yoga Spirit Academy yoga teacher training program in Tulsa, OK, USA since 2007.

She and her partner Victor Parachin founded Tulsa Yoga Meditation Center in 2010.

  • Do I need a background in Yoga in order to understand this course?

    No prior experience with Yoga is needed to join this course. The information presented here is accessible to everyone no matter their experience with Yoga. And the best part is that you’ll be able to apply what you’re learning immediately in order to reap the benefits of yoga therapy.

  • How much computer knowledge do I need to do this course?
